About me

My name is Caroline Schaap. With a Masters degree in Law and a Bachelors degree in Cultural Anthropology I started my career in the corporate world. I always knew that it was not “my world”, but I didn’t know yet which one was. Then I experienced MX2 energy and my heart opened up in a way I had never experienced before - it was so very profound and beautiful. This unique energy has helped me in many ways in my emotional, physical, mental and spiritual growth. That was when I realised how much I could help and facilitate others on their journey in life. And I knew I had found my destiny! I stepped out of the unnatural role that I had played for so long and became the Healer and Lightworker that I have always been in my core essence.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It's our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually who are we not to be? Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightening about shrinking. So that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are born to make manifest the glory that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously Give other people the permission to do the same.
Nelson Mandela, Inaugural Speech 1994

“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.” - Buddha
