Shipping costs

Imbizi Balance does everything it can to deliver your order to you properly, safely and insured. We therefore ship everything with track & trace. As of 01-01-2021 the following shipping rates will be in effect:

Standard mailbox-package (up to 2 kilo) € 5,95
Standard package (up to 10 kilo) € 10,95

Europe (excluding Russia)
Standard package (up to 2 kilo) € 17,00
Standard package (2 to 5 kilo) € 25,00
Standard package (5 to 10 kilo) € 33,00

Outside Europe (excluding Russia)
Standard package (to 2 kilo) € 35,00
Standard package (2 to 5 kilo) € 53,00
Standard package (5 to 10 kilo) € 98,00

Please contact us if you have an order that exceeds the above mentioned weights. The shipping costs will than depend on weight and size.

Delivery time

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 5 p.m. the next working day. Sometimes, however, we are unable to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer. Of course we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is via PostNL. In general, delivery in the Netherlands will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
