What is a Chakra?

The first important point in the chakra explanation is to understand that we are made up of energy. What we call matter is also energy. Because the energy forms play together so quickly and harmoniously, it seems as if there are solid particles. But that is an illusion, everything is energy.

Chakras absorb and release energy through energy channels that flow through the body. All chakras play an important role in the well-being of body and mind. Each chakra has an influence on certain body functions and emotions.

Chakra Healing

Chakras have a great influence on the psychological and physical balance. Often the energy of certain chakras is suppressed or blocked, which can cause you to become unbalanced. When the chakras function well, they ensure that you can live an energetic and balanced life. If there is a blockage in one of the chakras, this can be manifested by physical or psychological complaints.

By balancing the chakras (chakra healing), the physical and or emotional complaints can decrease or disappear. Balancing chakras initiates a process that leads to a deepened understanding of oneself.
